The galley on a stock P-19 is pretty limited. Since we plan to use our boat for multiday trips, we decided to make a few improvements.
The design goals included a larger work surface, a 2 burner propane stove, and more efficient use of the storage space. Since we want the option of anchoring in shallow water, there was also a requirement that the galley be usable with the centerboard up. Here are a few photo's of the new galley. Galley overview
